Optimal Full Spectrum:
True full spectrum LED grow light, The cob led grow light's active wavelength ranges from 380nm to 780nm.
380-410nm: UV light activates the plant's defense mechanisms, increase the efficiency of photosynthesis and metabolism. UV wavelengths can also increase THC.
410-470nm: Blue lights can encourage vegetative growth and are essential in lighting for seedlings and young plants during the vegetative stage of their growth cycle, plants that receive plenty of blue light will have strong, healthy stems and leaves.
640-680nm: Red light is the most important for flowering and fruiting regulation and also essential to a plant's early life for seed germination, root growth and bulb development.
710-730nm: Small amounts of Far red is very beneficial, it can promote flowering in short-day plants such as medical plants.

Ha that is right we love having a garden, but my wife's fascination with the beefsteak tomato is so great. She made a
