My favorite feature of this light is that it doesn't make a buzzing sound. Considering how quiet, cool, and low-power it is, I have no problem leaving it on all day. This was definitely good enough to start a small herb garden, but if you're doing serious gardening you may want to consider a larger setup. (Posted on 15/01/14)
