I have 3 large aquariums and this is the 1st time I've diverted from tube lighting. Should it last, it will be money well spent. Slightly more expensive than replacing tube bulbs but more energy efficient. Don't have to be replaced yearly. Algae growth hasn't been as bad. Much less heat so a more even temperature throughout the aquarium. Fish seem happier as there's no hot spots so they make full use of the aquarium. (Posted on 29/03/21)

Been using these for over a month now. I even spilled a batch of salt water into the light on accident. I immediately shut them off and remove the power plugs. Still going strong!
