The spectrum of led grow light is continuous full spectrum without gap from 400nm to 800nm. It has more light at 400-520nm and 610-730nm than HPS , better for vegging and flowering your crops than HPS.

- Absolutely worth every penny! This is a great light and I plan to purchase another in the near future. Runs very cool, low power usage, and very bright. Has great light penetration to lower leaves.
